You want stuff that directly improves the game in a no nonsense way, but at the same time I'm OK with a little swag too. It does look sharp when the entire team comes out, you know, not looking like the bad news bear, like a team. Now, hey honey, y'all better back up that swag but it certainly can be argued that shades help the game, don't wash out you eyes out on bright days especially in practice. I play a lot of tennis and usually don't wear sunglasses when I'm playing a match, I want to really see the ball but, my usual sunglasses are really dark and I would be interested in something that splits the difference between shading bright light and still seeing the ball well. Also, keeps the sweat out of one's eyes too which would be a big deal when sun tan lotion and sweat just as someone sends a pop fly ball your way.
